Kristi's Birthday Party

We went to the Ram restaurant with our Boise family to celebrate Kristi's 23rd bday and Rick and Kathy's anniversary. We all enjoyed their free ice cream cake which they generously shared with all.

Esther

To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. Isaiah 61:3 Each of the kids have a life verse that we pray for them, but this one is particularly meaningful in that Esther is the beauty that came from the ashes and mourning and heaviness that we experienced preceding her conception in Ohio with the death of my grandparents. She is the joy, the beauty, the garment of praise in our lives. We pray that her life will continue to glorify God in a special way.
